Specially, I would like to apologise to my wonderful guests and to the tens of thousands who are listening to my show each week.

These times have been really exciting for me, on many fronts. The growth, the choices and the tests are experienced have been quite “interesting”. Now, with a little bit of hindsight, I can see the growth, but as always in the middle of these situations, we feel we are living something so difficult.

As I like being truly authentic, I did not feel like posting a lot on my blogs, specially things that did not feel congruent with the message I am here to give and what I was living… but it is part of this, and I hope that this very open blog post will be well received and will also inspire you.

Whatever is happening in your life, is something you need to go through for your own growth, so if it seems difficult, then keep on going and working with good thoughts in your mind, if it is challenging, respond to the test in congruence with your growth, if it easy and wonderful, be grateful (more than ever and it is so easy to forget about this).

New Insights for Change…. this in itself is a lovely programme, and I know a lot of people would love to know them. In fact, this conversation with Bernadette is possibly a great insight of why I am creating this show, as there is no greater goal in life than to go back to who we truly and deeply are. Change is not becoming something else, it is not having something, it is changing what we have learnt about who we think we are, who we thought we must be to embrace the magnificence of who we are.

In this process, we need to reconnect with our deepest self, and we need to finally meet ourselves, and this is freeing, exhilarating, powerful and same time, it can be so scary.
